Questions Deserving of the Shorts

"Life's too short not to have fun with what you wear."
-- Ireland Baldwin

Where do you hurt?

You really don’t want to know.
Is a "seemingly" girl chasing you, another red flag?
Yeah, but my curiosity about “seemingly” would be killing me.
When will a narcissist stop being mad at you?
I don’t really care, and that will, in all likelihood, piss them off even more.
What's your reality?
The same as yours, only not.
What are the steps to take in order to stop steamrollers from getting a better part of you?
As many steps as it takes, right or left, to get out from in front of them.
What would you do if I told you I liked you?
I would feel flattered until I realized that you don’t know me, then I’d become suspicious.
How can you start losing your values, moral compass, and principles?
Fall into lust with the wrong woman.
What do you know that no one else knows?
If I told you, someone else will know. What fun is that?
Why do most of the random men that I met online seem desperate for sex? What’s stopping them to get it in real life?
Desperation is what drove them online so they can talk to you.
Why do I love my teacher? He is so caring towards me.
Do your parents know this?
What step is the most important in the decision-making model?
Defining the problem.
What is the most efficient (low cost, low risk) method of preventing POWs from escaping?
Break all the rules for the humane treatment of prisoners of war.
Is telling someone that he or she is negative a form of negativism?
If it’s true, isn’t it more of an unsolicited honest critique?
Why is the world so harmonious, united, and seemed genuinely caring only when faced with a chaotic crisis?
We might all die.
Why does anything you do amount to that thing inside when you did it in the first place and amount to anything?
That’s a good question… I think.
My friends describe me as submissive. Is this a good thing?
If you enjoy being spanked.
What is the fear of being eaten alive called?
Intelligent.
What’s something that should never be normalized?
Crime.
What does it mean when a guy says hey sexy tits?
He’s a rude asshole better to be avoided.
What do your children do that makes you cry?
They cry.
What can make a married woman cheat?
Marrying the wrong man, lack of satisfying sex, or for the excitement.
Why do children have so much love?
They haven’t been jaded by society, yet.
How do I actually be happy with life?
Make the simple choice to “actually” strive for true happiness.
Are there different ways to love?
Yes, but there is only one true love.
Where do you get peace in your home?
On the toilet, with a good book.
"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So, love the people who treat you right, forgive the ones who don't, and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get the chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said it would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it."
-- Dr. Seuss

Editor's Note
(Re: disclaimer cum "get out of jail free" card)

Before you go getting your panties in a bunch, it is essential to understand that this is just an opinion site and, as such, can be subjected to scrutiny by anyone with a differing opinion. It doesn't make either opinion any more right or wrong than the other. An opinion, presented in this context, is a way of inciting others to think and, hopefully, to form opinions of their own, if they haven't already done so. This is also why, occasionally, I will present an "opinion" just to stir an emotional pot. Where it may sound like I agree with the statements made, I'm more interested in getting others to consider an alternate viewpoint.

It is my fervent hope that we keep open and active minds when reading opinions and while engaging in peaceful and constructive discussion, in an arena of mutual respect, concerning those opinions put forth. After over twenty years with military intelligence, I have come to believe engaging each other in this manner and in this arena is the way we will learn tolerance and respect for differing beliefs, cultures, and viewpoints.

We all fall from grace, some more often than others; it is part of being human. God's test for us is what we learn from the experience, and what we do afterward.
