Questioning Life, Isms, Surrender, Thoughts, Eternity, and Rememberance Day

“Life is a succession of lessons which must be lived to be understood.”
-- Helen Keller

Why, in this world, do people go through a lot in life?

Learning. We are here to learn. If people are going through a lot. they might not be learning the lessons.

What is your best experience related to [this site]?
The site itself. This site is the best thing in my life. It allows me to answer questions from total strangers who need some help. I get upvoted all the time, which gives me positive feedback. My “best experience” is the site.
What’s a realistic way for an average person to become rich?
Rich monetarily, or rich in life?
How can I become rich when I’m not good at anything?
Again, rich monetarily, or rich in life?
Why have people stopped to smile at little things?
People are too busy to care. It is a complication of life that people have forgotten to see the little things that make life worth living. They have forgotten or were never taught. Parents have also become too busy to care. As a grandpa, I like to see children with the face of wonder.
Does misanthropy make you happy?
Why in the world would I dislike humankind? As a person who has been in the business of studying the human condition, I can say that many of the humans still make me happy.
“You call me a misanthrope because I avoid society. You err; I love society. Yet in order not to hate people, I must avoid their company.”
-- Caspar David Friedrich
-isms are all beliefs. So, why not save lives by ending the terminologies? Why not call it all genophobia since every person is one of us and vice-versa and accept that as the truth? Why live in dramatizations instead of reality?
Really? You bring this up now? It's too late. Most people like living in fantasy worlds. “Reality” is too painful for many of them. I hate drama in life. It eats up a good portion of my life I have better use for, but keep on thinking.
Do you believe you are immortal and will live forever?
Nope.
I have finally understood what it means. Geniuses and enlightened people will be happy with the knowledge. Its simple understandable and true. Should I spread the message in reality for usage or explain it myself fully?
Yeah, do that. Let’s see if you really have a handle on it, or if you’ve missed the bus. By the way, "Its" has an apostrophe between the "t" and the "s". Just saying.
Is it possible to manifest a doppelganger or clone of the ideal partner you want?
Nope. Oh, I corrected the spelling of  "doppleganger" for you.
Why is sleeping in public against the rules & frowned upon?
Huh… I fall asleep at the cigar bar all the time. No one seems to care. They don’t have a rule against it and they certainly don’t frown upon it. Have you seen all the people sleeping on the streets? If there is a rule, the people in charge seem to ignore it.
If many humans died so young in the past, how did our species survive and remain in existence?
Sex. If nothing else, we love to have sex.
“I don't know the question, but sex is definitely the answer.”
-- Woody Allen
How come, even though I never give up, nothing ever goes my way?
Have you learned anything from the experience? Life gives us lessons we are supposed to learn. If we see them as nothing going your way, what have you learned?
What is this 'woke' thing that everyone's been talking about?
It's liberal bullshit. The best you can do is ignore it.
Do you believe that you have all the time in the world but that you are inevitiably priceless, even if you do something “wrong”?
Oh, hell no. I’m 71 years old, and I don’t believe in “all the time in the world” crap. I am, however, “inevitiably priceless” and rarely do anything wrong. I just don’t have much longer on this plane of existence. It is what it is.
Why do some opressed people become opressors themselves?
Few and far between, and those had small minds, like the opressor.
What’s something that you thought was an adult responsibility, but you secretly thought ‘Nah, I’ll skip that’?
Finances. When I was just in the Air Force, I caught crap from my mom as she bailed me out of debt. I caught the next "responsibility" train.
Is Donald Trump America's karma?
No, that’s not what karma is. Biden was our bad karma. He set out to destroy the country. Trump, if you can sift through all the negative lies, is probably the savior of this country. Democrats are beginning to see the truth after 4 years of Biden and his “do nothing” Vice-President that just got her comeupins… and she still doesn’t have a clue. What an untramaroon.
“You know, it really doesn`t matter what the media writes as long as you`ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass.”
-- Donald Trump
What are the most influential thoughts in your life?
Strive to be truly happy always, and in all things, regardless of your circumstances.
Do you think a house with the necessities to just simply live is something that should be provided to every human, regardless of how much money they make and contribute to society in other words?
In a perfect world, maybe. But in this world, it would be giving free “necessities” to people who will not lift a finger to support themselves. Now we are asked to support illegal aliens, not our people. When does the insanity stop?
Does the right realize how long they'll be the object of history lessons education for their failure in all things Constitutional America unless you destroy this nation you grew up in?
Can someone rewrite this so it makes more sense?
How can I be more positive if my friends say I am too negative? Is there something wrong with me?
Are you happy with what you are? If so, maybe you need new friends. If you see their point, maybe you should think before you speak or not speak at all. If they ask you for your input, tell them it would be negative… so you don’t want to share. If you are happy with who you are, tell your so-called “friends” to go f…
Can one person have multiple souls?
No. They can have multiple personalities but they are part of one confused soul.
How can someone maintain faith in God after experiencing pain caused by other humans, particularly those who claim to be followers of God?
I have no use for people who “claim” to be “followers of God” as they create pain for the innocent. If someone has true faith in their belief, these “naysayers” should not affect the truly faithful. One should always maintain their faith in the face of heretics. Smile, and be on your way. What if these people were sent by God to test your resolve? Maintain faith and ignore the pain caused by ignorance.
"If we are faithless, he remains faithful - for he cannot disown himself".
-- 2 Timothy 2:13
Should the next question burn for eternity?
It depends on the question.
What would you do if you picked up a bag beside a highway, and found it filled with sequentially numbered 100-dollar bills?
It is probably cash from a bank heist, and the numbers are probably recorded. I’d call the police and turn it in… before they think I stole it. It is the right thing to do. Stupid, but right.
Reader comment:  What do you think the police will do with the money?

My Reply: Not my problem. Too much drama.
Why do some people think money is everything in life and nothing more?
Ignorance. Karma will teach them a better lesson, sooner or later.
Is it in any way possible to have too much wisdom?
Learning. Wisdom comes from learning. Some of the learning may be painful or distasteful. Such is learning. You cannot have “wisdom” without learning and you can't stop learning. Having too much wisdom puts you on another plane of existence.
Why are you living life the way you are?
I followed the “fate” that I chose.
Is it possible to live a perfect life and become flawless like God?
Not even God is perfect. Certainly not flawless. Read "Genesis" and see what you think. You might approach “excellent” if you try, but you cannot be more "excellent" than God.
"Light, beyond its physical attributes, occupies a profound symbolic realm. It represents truth, knowledge, and enlightenment. God’s commandment to create light mirrors His desire to bring clarity and understanding to humanity. As light dispels darkness, so does divine wisdom guide us through the complexities of existence."
-- Bullet Point Christian
I don't like Remembrance Day. What can I do about it?
Go fishing.
Good or bad, what is your prediction for the fate of humanity's "humanity"?
Humanity is “hit or miss” in the world. In a thousand years, people will get tired of communism and socialism. Most people will want freedom. Those who want it are afraid to fight for it. Some people think the life they live is freedom. As the world becomes more populated, people will get closer. They will see what we in America already understand - freedom. They will want it and will be ready to fight for it. Freedom can not be denied.
What is one piece of simple advice that actually changed your life?
Don’t pay attention to drama. Most of what we pay attention to is drama.
I'm 19, never had a job, and not in college. I'm really scared to get a job. Sometimes I even wish I was never born because of this fear. Any advice?
Get a job. The best advice is to jump into the fire to save yourself. Explain this issue to those you are trying to get a job with. Many will start you out with a simple task, and then work you up as you get comfortable with the work.
What do you not take for granted in life?
My lifestyle. I worked three jobs to get comfortable in life. I do not take my retirement for granted.
Do you think that regular writing habits, and developing artificial intelligence technology, can help with forgetfulness and mental confusion in the elderly?
Artificial intelligence is, well, artificial. At 71, I find that regular writing habits are more helpful in keeping me alert and not confused. Anything the elderly can do that makes them think can work wonders. Mentoring the young is another thought.
"We do not remember days, we remember moments."

Editor's Note
(Re: disclaimer cum "get out of jail free" card)

Before you go getting your panties in a bunch - it is essential to understand that this is just an opinion site and, as such, can be subjected to scrutiny by anyone with a differing opinion. It doesn't make either view any more right or wrong than the other. Opinion, presented in this context, is a way of inciting others to think and, hopefully, to form their own opinions, if they haven't already done so. This is also why, occasionally, I will present an "opinion" just to stir an emotional pot. Where it may sound like I agree with the statements made, I'm more interested in getting others to consider an alternate viewpoint.

I fervently hope that we keep open and active minds when reading opinions while engaging in peaceful and constructive discussion in an arena of mutual respect concerning those opinions offered. After twenty-three years of military intelligence, I believe that engaging each other in this manner, and in this arena, is a way we will learn tolerance and respect for differing beliefs, cultures, and viewpoints.

We all fall from grace, some more often than others; it is part of being human. God's test for us is what we learn from the experience... and what we do afterward.
